簡單介紹:
DEAD(Asp-Glu-Ala-Asp)BoxPolypeptide47(DDX47)(N-Term)Peptide
詳情介紹:
Blocked Antibody anti-DDX47 antibody (DEAD (Asp-Glu-Ala-Asp) Box Polypeptide 47) (N-Term) (ABIN2775232)
Characteristics This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-DDX47 antibody (Catalog #: ARP36439_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.
Purification Purified
Background DDX47 is a member of the DEAD box protein family. DEAD box proteins, characterized by the conserved motif Asp-Glu-Ala-Asp (DEAD), are putative RNA helicases. They are implicated in a number of cellular processes involving alteration of RNA secondary structure, such as translation initiation, nuclear and mitochondrial splicing, and ribosome and spliceosome assembly. Based on their distribution patterns, some members of this family are believed to be involved in embryogenesis, spermatogenesis, and cellular growth and division. DDX47 can shuttle between the nucleus and the cytoplasm, and has an RNA-independent ATPase activity. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been found for this gene. This gene encodes a member of the DEAD box protein family.
