Application Notes Suitable for Imunoblotting (Wstern or Dt blot), ELISA and Imunohistochemistry as well asother phosphatase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring extremely low backgroundlevels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0 g of Human IgG in astandard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate for 30?minutesat room temperature. A working dilution of 1: 200 to 1: 1,000 of the reconstitutionconcentration is suggested for this product.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
