簡單介紹:
Rabbitanti-HumanIg(LightChain),(Chainlambda)Antibody
詳情介紹:
Immunogen Purified human Lambda light chain from human Bence Jones proteins.
Isotype IgG
Purification Purified
Alternative Name Immunoglobulin
Background Human Lambda chain is a 25 kDa light chain present on all 5 immunoglobulin's (IgA, IgG, IgM, IgD and IgE )and is also present in free form. Kappa and Lambda light chains consists of a variable region and a constant region and can be easily be differentiated by the antigenic properties of a constant region. The ratio of Kappa to Lambda chain is 70:30, most of them are bound to heavy chains of immunoglobulin.
Research Area Secondary Antibodies, Virology
Application Notes Suitable for Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry (Frozen or Formalin-FixedParaffin-Embedded (FFPE) tissue sections and cell smears): 1/50-1/100 usingstreptavidinapprox. biotin system or polymer system. FFPE tissue sections require antigen retriever (boiling tissue in 10 mM citrate?pH 6.0 for10-20?minutes, followed by cooling at RT for 15-20?minutes). Recommended positive control: Human tonsil.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
