Application Notes Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA and Immunohistochemistry aswell as other phosphatase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring extremely lowbackground levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer andspecificity. Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0 g of Human IgG in astandard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate for 30?minutesat room temperature. A working dilution of 1: 200 to 1: 1,000 of the reconstitutionconcentration is suggested for this product.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Concentration 1.0 mg/mL (by UV absorbance at 280 nm)
Buffer 0.05 M Tris Chloride, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, 0.001 M Magnesium Chloride, 0.0001 M Zinc Chloride, 50?% (v/v) Glycerol,?pH 8.0 with 10?mg/mL Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) IgG and Protease free as stabilizer and 0.01?% (w/v) sodium azide as preservative.
