簡(jiǎn)單介紹:
Rabbitanti-Dog(Canine)IgG(FcRegion)Antibody(HRP)
詳情介紹:
Immunogen Dog IgG F(c) fragment
Purification Immunoaffinity chromatography
This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Dog IgG coupled to agarose beads.
Background Synonyms: dog IgG, dog immunoglobulin G
Research Area Immunology, Secondary Antibodies
Application Notes Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase electronmicroscopy and Immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody basedenzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0?μg of Dog IgG in astandard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30?minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:7,000 to1:40,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.

Other applications not tested.
Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
Restrictions For Research Use only
Reconstitution Restore with 1.0?mL of deionized water (or equivalent).
Concentration 1.5 mg/mL
Buffer 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride,?pH 7.2 with 0.01?% Gentamicin Sulfate as preservative and 10?mg/mL Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA, IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer
Preservative Gentamicin sulfate
Precaution of Use This product contains Gentamicin sulfate: a POISONOUS AND HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE, which should be handled by trained staff only.
Handling Advice Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use
Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
