Purification Immunoaffinity chromatography.
This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Cat IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.

Reconstitution Restore with 1.0?mL of deionized water (or equivalent)
Concentration 2.0 mg/mL
Buffer 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride,?pH 7.2 with 10?mg/mL Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA, IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer and 0.01?% (w/v) Gentamicin Sulfate as preservative

Precaution of Use This product contains Gentamicin sulfate: a POISONOUS AND HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE, which should be handled by trained staff only.
Handling Advice Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use
Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
Do NOT add Sodium Azide! Use of Sodium Azide will inhibit enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase.
Storage -20 °C
Storage Comment Prior to reconstitution store at -20 °C. Following reconstitution store undiluted at 2-0 °C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20 °C for longer.
