Purification Immunoaffinity chromatography.
This antibody was prepared from monospecific antiserum by Immunoaffinity Chromatography using Human IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation.

Application Notes Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or dot blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase electronmicroscopy and Immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody basedenzymatic assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediatedbinding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. Recommended dilutions: ELISA: 1:5,000-1:20,000
Western blot: 1:2,000-1:10,000Immunohistochemistry: 1:1,000-1:5,000

Precaution of Use This product contains Gentamicin sulfate: a POISONOUS AND HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE, which should be handled by trained staff only.
Handling Advice Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use
Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
Do NOT add Sodium Azide! Use of Sodium Azide will inhibit enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase.
Storage 4 °C/-20 °C
Storage Comment Store vial at 4 °C prior to restoration. For extended storage add glycerol to 50 % and then aliquot contents and freeze at -24 °C or below. This antibody is stable for one month at 4 °C as an undiluted liquid.
