Immunogen Human IgM Fc5μ fragment
Purification Immunoaffinity Chromatography.
This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Human IgM coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation.

Application Notes Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or dot blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase ElectronMicroscopy and Immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody basedenzymatic assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediatedbinding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1/100,000. Western Blot: 1/2,000-1/10,000. Immunhistochemistry: 1/1,000-1/5,000.

Other applications not tested.
Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
Restrictions For Research Use only
Reconstitution Restore with 0.5?mL of deionized water (or equivalent).
Concentration 1.0 mg/mL
Buffer 0.01 M Sodium Phosphate, 0.21 M Sodium Chloride,?pH 7.6, containing 10?mg/mL BSA (IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer and 0.01?% (w/v) Thimerosal as preservative.

Precaution of Use Biohazard Informations: This product contains thimerosal which is hazardous.
Handling Advice Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use
Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
Do NOT add Sodium Azide! Use of Sodium Azide will inhibit enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase.
Storage 4 °C/-20 °C
Storage Comment Store vial at 2-8 °C prior to restoration. This product is stable for one month at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid.
