Application Notes ImmunoblottingELISAImmunohistochemistryImmunomicroscopyas well as other antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates requiringlot-to-lot consistency. This product has been assayed against 1.0?μg of Bovine IgG in a standard capture ELISAusing Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30?minutes atroom temperature. A working dilution of 1:4,000 to 1:20,000 of the reconstitutionconcentration is suggested for this product.

Precaution of Use WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling.
