PotassiumChannel,SubfamilyK,Member9(KCNK9)(N-Term)Peptide
詳情介紹:
Blocked Antibody | anti-KCNK9 antibody (Potassium Channel, Subfamily K, Member 9) (N-Term) (ABIN2776216) |
Characteristics | This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-KCNK9 antibody (Catalog #: ARP35260_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. |
Purification | Purified |
Background |
KCNK9 is one of the members of the superfamily of potassium channel proteins containing two pore-forming P domains. This open channel is highly expressed in the cerebellum. It is inhibited by extracellular acidification and arachidonic acid, and strongly inhibited by phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate.This gene encodes one of the members of the superfamily of potassium channel proteins containing two pore-forming P domains.
