Characteristics Compound Digest Solution is used for enzymic digestion in immunohistochemistry (IHC). It contains enzymes that catalyze the splitting of proteins into smaller peptide fractions and amino acids by a process known as proteolysis.
Components Multiple proteinases Application 1 Add Compound Digest Solution directly on to the tissue or cell, and cover the tissue or cell completely, 2 Incubate for 5-10 minutes in 37°C incubator, 3 Take out the tissue or cell and wash it with PBS
