Purification Immunoaffinity Chromatography using Human IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, papain digestion and chromatographic separation.

Application Notes Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase electronmicroscopy and Immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody basedenzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Note: This product has been assayed against 1.0?μg of Human IgG in a standard captureELISA using ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for30?minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:1,000 to 1:5,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested forthis product. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1/300,000
Western blot: 1/1,000-1/5,000. Immunohistochemistry: 1/500-1/2,500.

Reconstitution Restore with 1.0?mL of deionized water (or equivalent).

Buffer 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride,?pH 7.2 with 10?mg/mL BSA (IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer and 0.01?% (w/v) Gentamicin Sulfate as preservative.

Handling Advice Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use
Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
Do NOT add Sodium Azide! Use of Sodium Azide will inhibit enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase.
Storage 4 °C/-20 °C
Storage Comment Store vial at 4 °C prior to restoration. This product is stable for one month at 2-4 °C as an undiluted liquid. For extended storage reconstitute product with 50 % glycerol instead of water and then aliquot contents and freeze at -24 °C or below.
