簡單介紹:
Rabbitanti-Dog(Canine)IgG(WholeMolecule)Antibody(HRP)
詳情介紹:
Immunogen Dog IgG whole molecule
Purification Immunoaffinity chromatography using Dog IgG coupled to agarose beads
Background Synonyms: dog IgG, dog immunoglobulin G
Research Area Immunology, Secondary Antibodies
Application Notes Immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. This antibody has been assayed against 1.0?μg of Dog IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonicacid]) as a substrate for 30?minutes at room temperature.
A working dilution of 1:16,000 to1:72,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.

Other applications not tested.

Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
Restrictions For Research Use only
Reconstitution Restore with 1.0?mL of deionized water or equivalent.
Concentration 2.0 mg/mL
Buffer 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride,?pH 7.2, containing 10?mg/mL BSA (IgG and Protease free) as a stabilizer and 0.01?% (w/v) Gentamicin Sulfate as a preservative
Preservative Gentamicin sulfate
Precaution of Use This product contains Gentamicin sulfate: a POISONOUS AND HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE, which should be handled by trained staff only.
Handling Advice Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use
Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
Do NOT add Sodium Azide! Use of Sodium Azide will inhibit enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase.
Storage 4 °C
Storage Comment Store vial at 4 °C prior to restoration. This product is stable for four weeks at 4 °C as an undiluted liquid. For extended storage reconstitute product with 50 % glycerol instead of water and then aliquot contents and freeze at -24 °C or below.
