This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by Immunoaffinity chromatography using Human IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation.

Application Notes Suitable for Immunomicroscopy and Flow Cytometry or FACS analysis as well as otherantibody based fluorescent assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. Recommended Dilutions: The maximum amount of reagent required to stain 1 x 10^6 cellsin Flow Cytometry is approximately 1.0 g of antibody conjugate. Lesser amounts ofreagent may be sufficient for staining. As a general guideline dilutions of 1:50 to 1:200should be suitable for most applications.

Other applications not tested.
Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.

Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
