簡單介紹:
Goatanti-HumanIgG(F(ab')2Region)Antibody(FITC)
詳情介紹:
Immunogen | Human IgG F(ab')2 fragment |
Characteristics | Molar Ratio: 3.1 moles FITC per mole of Goat IgG F(ab')2 |
Purification |
Immunoaffinity chromatography This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Human IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation. |
Background | Synonyms: Human Immunoglobulin G |
Research Area | Immunology, Secondary Antibodies |
Application Notes |
Suitable for immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as otherantibody based fluorescent assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. Other applications not tested. Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. |

Precaution of Use | WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing. |
Handling Advice |
Product is photosensitive and should be protected from light. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. |
