簡(jiǎn)單介紹:
Goatanti-HumanIgG(WholeMolecule)Antibody(Biotin)
詳情介紹:
Immunogen | Human IgG whole molecule. |
Characteristics | Molar Ratio: 10-20 BAC molecules per Goat IgG Fab molecule. |
Purification |
Immunoaffinity Chromatography. This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Human IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, papain digestion and chromatographic separation. |
Background | Synonyms: Human Immunoglobulin G |
Research Area | Immunology, Secondary Antibodies |
Application Notes |
Suitable for Immunoblotting, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Immunomicroscopy as well asother antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates requiring lot-to-lotconsistency. Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0?μg of Human IgG in astandard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6- sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30?minutes atroom temperature. A working dilution of 1/10,000-1/50,000 of the reconstitutionconcentration is suggested for this product. Other applications not tested. Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. |
Restrictions | For Research Use only |
Reconstitution | Restore with 1.0?mL of deionized water (or equivalent). |
Concentration | 1.0 mg/mL |
Buffer | 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride,?pH 7.2 with 10?mg/mL Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) IgG and Protease free as stabilizer and 0.01?% (w/v) Sodium Azide as preservative. |
Preservative | Sodium azide |
Precaution of Use | WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing. |
Handling Advice |
Dilute only prior to immediate use. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. |
Storage | 4 °C/-20 °C |
Storage Comment | Store vial at 4 °C prior to restoration. For extended storage reconstitute product with 50 % glycerol instead of water and then aliquot contents and freeze at -24 °C or below. This antibody is stable for one month at 4 °C as an undiluted liquid. |
