This product is designed for Immunofluorescence Microscopy, fluorescence based plateassays (FLISA) and fluorescent Western blotting. This product is also suitable for multiplexanalysis, including multicolor imaging, utilizing various commercial platforms. Recommended Dilutions: FLISA: 1/10,000-1/50,000Immunofluorescence: 1/1,000-1/5,000Flow Cytometry: 1/500-1/2,500 Other applications not tested. Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. |
